4. Progress since ACD 5  (May 2006)

- Kazakhstan hosted the First ACD Seminar on Energy on 6 October 2006 in Almaty.
- Indonesia organised  the Consultative Meeting of ACD Energy Co-Prime Movers on the Draft of the ACD Action Plan on 11 – 12 April 2007 in Bali.

  • 2nd ACD Energy Forum (at ministerial level), 3 – 4 September 2007, Islamabad, Pakistan
  • ACD Energy Seminar on Renewable Energy Resources and Alternative Fuels, Second half of 2007 (tbc), Manila
  • Seminar on Energy related to Climate Change Issues, May/ June 2008, Bahrain
  • Other activities as stated in the ACD Energy Action Plan to be adopted at the 2nd ACD Energy  Minister’s Forum, Islamabad, 3-4 September 2007

  • Progress report of energy cooperation on ACD Energy Action Plan is to be briefed in the 6th FMM in Seoul.
  • The ACD Energy Action Plan will be adopted in the 2nd Energy Forum in Pakistan, 3 – 4 September 2007.
